Year: 1976

Instrumentation: Flute (doubling piccolo), alto flute (doubling flute), oboe, cor anglais, clarinet in B flat, bass clarinet, 2 bassoons, 4 horns in F, 2 trumpets in C, 2 trombones, tuba, 2 timpani, percussion (2 players), piano, strings.

Duration: 15 min.

First performance was recorded in the ABC Studio, Perth, by the West Australian Symphony Orchestra, on June 24, 1980, under the baton of David Measham
