Work Overview
Drum Dreamer is a dream sequence that takes me back to 2009 as a high school student. The dream depicts a confrontation I have with a bully named Dylan, who wants to take my rhyme book. Drum Dreamer fuses rap and snare drum into a unifying rhythm of momentum to tell a story of bullying, confidence, and perhaps even time travel.
