Getting There : for solo piano in two movements / Romano Crivici.
Library shelf no. 786.2/CRI 4 [Available for loan]
Work Overview
Though possibly stylistically inconsistent -the first movement Getting There, being somewhat naïve, simple... the second, There, is slow and meditative, but includes random, quasi-contemporary and 'atonal' ideas. Nevertheless, I feel the two movements complement each other, bookending, in some senses, a life's journey.
