Nine preludes : for solo piano
by Graeme Denniss (2019)
The Preludes explore some of the expressive sonorities of the piano, within a tonal and sometimes minimalist framework. Some of the Preludes are descriptive, while others explore different emotional states. A wide range of dynamics and rhythmic nuances may be employed to enhance the expression.
