Work Overview
The heart is at once stoic and vulnerable, flesh and machine, delivering essential oxygen and via blood to every part of the body, then returning the de-oxygenated blood back to the heart for the cycle to recommence.
It is effected by electricity, hormones, mood, thought, microbes and illness. It functions in conjunction with our breath which determines its rhythms.
Arrhythmia is the heart beating in irregular rhythm. Severe and unhealthy arrhythmia can result from illness, however it is a naturally occurring phenomena, whereby changing the heartbeat when we inhale and exhale.
