Work Overview
The Sweeper is the theme from a scene in 'The Angel Show' (a theatre/puppetry production, Melbourne 2001). The character of 'The Sweeper' is a miniature cow, a puppet character manoeuvred by the puppeteer with long sticks, given the job of removing a body that has fallen from a high building above. It's a very mournful moment, as the body is slowly rolled across the stage, although still a little quirky in movement.
