Work Overview

A search for water, stories, and the remains of what was once the Great Inland Sea. Traversing Anangu country to hear Djukur Dreaming, knowledge and information about finding water in the desert. Anangu voices inspire this journey along the Oodnadatta track, with its confetti trail of mound springs. Then to Coober Pedy, where a different layer of ancient water-opalised marine fossils are found.
