Work Overview
As a reflection of the title the seven trombonists form a circle. At prescribed times they walk (once) to and from an inner circle. If deemed necessary, a conductor could form part of the outer circle or whatever works visually for all performers. When moving from the inner to the outer circle the players continue to play, this time at their own tempo.
