Influenced by Bartok's violin duos, Bosniana is in 4/8, interspersed with sections in 5+4+5+4+6/8. More a creative foray than a scholarly study, the accompanying figures and rhythms are musical myths from my mind's ear and make no pretense of being ethnomusicologically correct.
