ISCM World New Music Days
Submissions are now open for the ISCM Australian Section's Call for Works for the World New Music Days 2026.
The ISCM 2026 World New Music Days will take place in Bucharest, Romania, 23–31 May, 2026.
The International Society for Contemporary Music (ISCM) is an international network of members from around fifty countries, devoted to the promotion and presentation of new and contemporary music. The Australian Music Centre represents the Australian Section of the ISCM and supports Australian creators to have work performed at the annual ISCM World New Music Days. This takes place in the different member nation each year, with the most recent festivals taking place in Portugal, South Africa, and New Zealand.
At least one creator from each member country has the opportunity to have their work performed and attend after applying via their country's Section and being selected from a shortlist by the Associate Members' panel.

This Call for Works closes on Thursday 31 July 2025.
