Big changes are on the horizon for the AMC.

If you've been with us for a while, you may already know that we are working on full upgrade of our digital platform. With development making headway, we are thrilled to soon have an improved system for our library and e-commerce services, a new audio library, and a brand-new website.

In preparation for the transition into the new system, the AMC will be closing for an extended period at the end of the year from Thursday 14 December, 5pm AEDT with operations to recommence on Monday 8 January 2024.

To assist the art music community and those who rely on our service, we outline some upcoming changes and how they may impact you.

Print scores and physical items

If you require print scores or other physical resources (such as education resource kits, books, and CDs), please place your purchase orders by Friday 1 December. While we will strive to fulfil all pending orders as soon as possible, orders placed after Friday 1 December may be fulfilled in the new year.

Digital scores, audio, and the digital library

Digital scores and audio material will continue to be available for purchase on the AMC website. The digital library service will also be unaffected for AMC members.

AMC Represented Artists services

The Contribute portal will close from Friday 1 December. To help us prepare for the new website, we kindly ask that represented artists only submit:

• New orchestral works
• Works with an upcoming, scheduled performance
• Works that will help you demonstrate a portfolio for academic purposes
