Opportunity: Prelude Composer Residencies in NSW, WA and SA
Applications for Prelude composer residencies in three states are open and close on 4 September 2017.
Composers and songwriters from any genre and stage of their career are invited to apply. The three successful applicants will be offered long-term residence in one of three heritage-listed homes located in Adelaide (Beaumont Cottage, for 9 months), Perth (Gallop House, for 12 months) or Sydney (Peggy Glanville-Hicks House, for 12 months), plus a generous stipend. The stipend for the 2018 residencies is $20,000 for twelve months, scaled proportionally for shorter residencies. Applications will be assessed by industry peers, and applicants will be notified in mid-October.
For information about the three houses, details about the
application process and to apply,
