Works by Crossman and Myers at the ACL festival in Taiwan

Works by four Australian composers - Bruce Crossman, Peter Myers, Simon Charles and Holly Harrison - are included in the program of the 29th Asian Composers League conference and festival in Taiwan (26 November-3 December 2011). Myers's work Entasis is scored for solo trumpet, while Bruce Crossman's Not Broken Bruised-Reed (2009) is a trio for violin, percussion and piano. The four works were among the 477 compositions from 22 countries received by the festival committee

The Asian Composers League was established in 1973. Official member countries and regions are Australia, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Israel, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan and Thailand.
