Matthew Minter : Associate Artist
In 2021-2022, Matthew undertook a Master of Music (Composition) at the University of Queensland, studying with Robert Davidson and receiving the Dean's Commendation for Academic Excellence. Raised on a sheep property in Central West New South Wales and now running cattle properties with his family, Matthew maintains wide-ranging interests beyond music, including aviation and agriculture. His deep affinity with regional Australia continues to inform his creative output, notably in works such as Under a Desert Sky, inspired by the expansive plains surrounding White Cliffs.
