The Australian Music Examinations Board (AMEB) is celebrating 100 years of commitment to arts education with a Centenary Concert featuring magical performances from the world of music and drama.
Music Director George Ellis and compere Simone Whetton present performances from outstanding up and coming young artists and AMEB graduates, through to seasoned world class performers including AMEB (NSW) examiners. Classical and contemporary musicians and actors will perform as soloists in ensembles and orchestras.
Performers will present works from contemporary Australian composers including Ross Edwards and Larry Sitsky as well as music legends such as Tchaikovsky and Mendelssohn. You will hear performances arranged and composed by our own AMEB examiners and music from Handel to Bruno Mars.
