The Empire Strikes Back series of performances is supported by the Queensland Government through Arts Queensland and Downlands College - Empire Theatres Foundation Business Partner.

Join Camerata – Queensland’s Chamber Orchestra as they bring the joy of live performance back to the stage in one of the Empire Theatre’s very first post-restriction special events.

Performing without a conductor, Camerata’s Artistic Associates and their guests proudly take full ownership of their music-making in the spirit of chamber music to form a thriving, refreshing and acclaimed voice to empower artists, inspire audiences, and enrich communities through music.

Under Artistic Director Brendan Joyce, the group is Company-in-Residence at Empire Theatres and Queensland Performing Arts Centre. Join Camerata for this special and memorable return to the Empire Theatre in a program to delight the senses.
