Event Details
Max Richter’s re-imagining of Vivaldi’s Four Seasons is one the most remarkable and remarked-upon musical statements of our time. Tim Fain, one of the most charismatic young violinists to emerge from the U.S., known for his realisation of Philip Glass’s Einstein, his Black Swan film credentials and Virtual Reality activities, will lead us through the cycle of the seasons. Another festival coup is the return of the Seven Harp Ensemble, seven-fold heavenly rapture for the senses.
