Event Details

The Wesley Scholars have worked hard through the last couple of years, taking every opportunity available to them to learn and to perform. They are focused and impressive, as demonstrated through both their individual performances and when they are connected through their ensemble work. This lunchtime concert is an opportunity for us to hear, appreciate & encourage them. The concert will include works, both in solo and ensemble, for violin, viola, cello, oboe, trumpet, voice & piano. Featuring Australian works by Stuart Greenbaum (performed by James Monro and Brad Tham) and Peter Sculthorpe (performed by Ronan Apcar).

Featured non-Australian music: Dario Argentesi "Divertimento for Oboe and Viola" (2016); Manuel de Falla "Canciones popoolares";
