LEADING AUSTRALIAN RECORDER PLAYER ALICIA CROSSLEY and friends present a program of new Australian dance-inspired music.
An exciting and special musical experience the entire family will love!
From 4pm, local families and school children will have the opportunity to meet and talk to one of Australia's leading recorder players, Alicia Crossley.
along with collaborators, Melissa Farrow (baroque flute), Mark Atkins (Didgeridoo), Paul Cultan (Composer) and Ollie Miller (Cello).
The Performers will demonstrate their instruments and answer questions about them for you. During the short break, audience members will have the opportunity to enjoy refreshments and a tour of the 'It's Timely' exhibition.
At 6pm there will be a performance of dance inspired pieces especially commissioned from Australian composer Paul Cutlan for the 2014 Aurora Festival
