Stacy has worked in collaboration with respected Darug Aboriginal musicians such as Aunty Jacinta Tobin, she is a skilled Darug Aboriginal singer with a confident command of sung Darug language, and a growing repertoire of songs she has written in both Darug language and English. She is a direct descendant of the Cabrogal (Liverpool) Darug clan. Stacy showcased her first song, I am a Darug Women, about eight years ago and hasn’t looked back. Her songs invoke her pride in being an Aboriginal woman and her passion to revitalize Darug culture and language.

Barkaa - 5:35pm

Barkaa is a Malyangapa, Barkindji woman from Western New South Wales, now living in South West Sydney on Gandangara land. Music to Barkaa has been part of her journey to express herself, the truth and issues impacting First Nations people. She has released her debut single this year "For My Tittas" and has made waves within her community with the "Pass The Ochre" challenge. Her most recent collaboration was with DOBBY "I CAN'T BREATHE" highlighting Black Deaths In Custody, hitting ABC’s RAGE. Barkaa also released a collaboration with Mackridge "22CLAN" as a testament to their people. Barkaa has been listed as one of the Top 5 female rappers in Australia by ABC’s Triple J, one of 15 Sydney rappers ruling 2020 by Redbull and featured in GQ Magazine, proving that Barkaa is on a fast and steady incline as a critical contribution to Australia’s musical landscape.

YULUGI - 6:20pm

Yulugi is a fresh collaboration between Gumaroy Newman, an Indigenous song man and didgeridoo player descending from the Gamilaroi and Wakka Wakka nations of Northern NSW, Keyna Wilkins, a British-Australian composer and musician (piano/flute). Yulugi is a dialogue across cultures, inspired by the Australian landscape and animals. The word 'Yulugi' means play, dance or have fun in Gamilaroi. The sonic scapes created are a melting pot of indigenous and western sounds and textures, exploring spiritual awakening through structured improvisations. Stylistically broad, this duo will take you on a journey into the heart of Australia with dream-like sequences alongside landscape depictions and animal mimicry and echoes of tribal lores, drawing on a myriad of musical influences, to create a unique and authentic soundscape of Australia.

DOBBY - 7:20pm

He proudly identifies as a Filipino and Aboriginal musician, whose family is from Brewarrina on Ngemba land, and is a member of the Murrawarri Republic in Weilmoringle, NSW.
