Event Details
Two emerging ensembles combine to investigate the text of Psalm 27, Dominus Illuminatio Mea. Vocal sextet Respiri and Armilla String Quartet (just returned from Bangalow Music Festival) will contrast arrangements of the text from the medieval Gregorian Chant to the world premiere of a piece by award-winning Brisbane composer Connor D'Netto in order to reveal how composers have treated themes of courage, fortitude, and faith across centuries.
