Master's students at the VCAM (Southbank) Andrew Boyle (clarinet) & Brenna Wee (piano) are joined by friends, Joanna Cole (soprano) and Laila Engle (flute) to present : MASTERWORKS. A programme of European and Australian chamber music featuring beautifully crafted music of Viennese master Schubert, French composer Florent Schmitt and Australian Miriam Hyde. Hear hints of jazz in works of Francaix, Stowasser and Kats-Chernin, and the sounds of the bush and the Australian outback in Nura by Ross Edwards.
