Flute, Brass and Saxophone Ensembles Concert
MCM Flue Ensemble will perform the first movement from J.S. Bach's Brandenburg Concerto No.4, Michal Rosiak's irrepressible Angry Birds and the atmospheric Blue Train by Ryohei Hirose. MCM Brass Ensemble will perform Katy Abbott's Fanfare Punch, Giovani Gabrieli's Canzon septimi toni, Praetorius's dances and Brass Cats by Chris Hazell. MCM Saxophone Ensemble present Hartley's Adagio for Saxophones, Rex's A Walk in the City, as well as compositions by Rachmaninoff and Poulenc.
