Event Details
Beginning with a collection of musical short stories, this concert includes Stravinsky’s take on the fable of a soldier who wrestles with the devil over money and music. A new Clarinet Trio by Australian composer John Peterson will be premiered before SOE teams up with guest artist and pianist Simon Tedeschi for an emotionally-charged performance of Brahms’s powerful Piano Trio No. 2.
