Symphony by the Lake returns! Join us for a remarkable evening on an epic scale with over 120 musicians performing under the stars on Saturday 8th March 2014.

Featuring the Perth Symphony Orchestra under the baton of Jessica Gethin; numerous guest soloists including singer, Justin Burford, young soprano Amy Manford, talented tenor Jay Weston, pop sensation Lizé Heerman; the Scotch College / PLC choir and Scotch College Pipe Band; and much more.

The program includes a feast of repertoire including works by Shostakovich, Brindisi and Tchaikovsky; themes from films such as as Harry Potter, Schindler's List and Last of the Mohicans; a World Premier by young composer Olivia Davies as well as something to rock out to with INXS and sing along to with 'Don't Cry for me Argentina'. It's a programe with something for everyone.

Bring your picnic, a bottle and some friends and family and enjoy a magical evening under the stars at Perth Symphony's Summer Proms concert.

Food and non-alcoholic drinks will be available to buy at the event.
