Written at the height of Stravinsky’s success as composer with Diaghilev’s Ballets Russes, Petrushka is a brilliant example of the composer’s musical genius. Astonishing Finnish clarinettist Kari Kriikku performs Magnus Lindberg’s Clarinet Concerto for the first time in Australia alongside a new work by James Ledger.
