What happens when 18th century Guadagnini instruments are paired with the didgeridoo? Something spellbinding.
Celebrate NAIDOC Week with ARIA Award-wining didgeridoo virtuoso William Barton and the Australian String Quartet’s program of contemporary Australian music. Following acclaimed Adelaide Festival and Port Fairy Festival performances, Barton’s original work Square Circles Beneath the Red Desert Sand is presented alongside exquisite works by Australian composers Peter Sculthorpe, Sarah Hopkins, Kate Moore and a world premiere by the ASQ’s Stephen King.
