The Willoughby Symphony Orchestra is proud to present the Willoughby Symphony Chamber Series for its second season in 2019.
Set in the plush and intimate surrounds of the Zenith Theatre, each seventy-minute concert will include a delightful program of beguiling music, followed by light refreshments and a chance to meet the musicians after the concert.
2019 Artistic Director, Daniel Dean, has put together a bewitching series of concerts that will take you on a journey through musical history. We are proud to include works by women in every concert, especially those of our 2019 Composer-In-Residence Kate Moore, as well as old favourites by Brahms, Shostakovich and Mendelssohn.
We invite you to join us on this journey, as we plumb the depths of timeless classics, and discover a host of hidden musical marvels, both old and new.
