Inspired by a powerful part-dragon part-raven beast from the Rapunzel's Sister trilogy, Draevon is scored for a string trio of violin, viola and cello in a contemporary angular style with an array of articulations. Swooping glissandi, predatory pizzicato and chilling harmonics set the scene in a landscape of dread and suspense. Brought to life by Zoe Black, Christopher Moore, and Molly Kadarauch.
