Product details
Line of Flight is a solo ukulele piece written and performed by Christina Green. The title comes from French philosopher Gilles Deleuze, who uses the term to talk about moving out of the known and into the new and unknown. This piece was completed at the beginning of my doctoral journey, in part inspired by the beautiful environment at the Bundanon Arts Trust, where I did a residency with Dr Flossie Peitsch, visual artist, in November 2021. Line of Flight was chosen to accompany Recover, a quilt piece by Flossie and Patience Peitsch, part of the Belonging exhibition 2016, Centre for Theology and Ministry, Parkville, Melbourne.
