This kit has been designed to provide information for teachers and students about film music and the techniques of film music composition.
The focal work for the kit is Antarctica, the suite for solo guitar and orchestra based upon an arrangement of music from the film of the same name, by Australian composer Nigel Westlake, composed in 1992.
The kit includes score analysis and aural activities based on the film score 'Antarctica: suite for guitar and orchestra' by Nigel Westlake".

The eKit consists of a 78-page booklet only. It is the digital version of our popular hard copy education kit. This teaching resource was originally written in 2000.
