Product details

Remembering Mirrabooka is a happy and exhuberant dance for strings and didjeridu. It expresses the open and uplifting feeling of Australian nature. It gives a picture of children dancing, then drifting off as their attention wanes, a moment in which they may slip into the Aboriginal dreamtime. Then they take up their dance once more.

It is a work to be enjoyed by all ages.

It was commissioned for the Mayors Day theme of 'A Sense of Place' by the City of Port Phillip, Melbourne.
