Product details

Suspend is a work I wrote as part of my solo album 'Lost Palace' (2022), recorded by the RSNO. I intended to create a work that explored the spatial dynamics of the ensemble with hauntology as an emotional framework to create an improvised piano solo to. Suspend is a quiet conversational work that treats every performer in the ensemble as an individual passing the material imperceptibly from one person to another.
