Product details
Wind from various directions experienced from a fixed point seemed analogous to the perception of the polyrhythmic streams throughout the piece: like leaves tumbling over one another in the wind making eddies otherwise invisible, visible. Each harpist could be viewed as a leaf on the wind, the audience experiencing this from their fixed point.
