Work Overview

'29' was a work I wrote for the Acacia Quartet as part of a series of string quartets about the ages I was living through... 29 was a hectic year... I was running a publishing company, a couple of festivals and moving through more than enough really.

Instrumentation: 2 violins, viola, cello.

Duration: 7 min.

Difficulty: Advanced — May have some ensemble rhythmic challenges due to some polymetric layering in some sections
