Work Overview
Heart Song was written for inclusion in a program of music supported by the Queensland Art Gallery and presented by The National Council of Women of Queensland.
In writing this work my aim was to create a conversation between equals in the form of a vocalise...a song without words...which would express the mood suggested by the title and give opportunities to the fine musicians who first performed it.
