Work Overview
This short interlude was devised as a moment of reprieve.
Amongst a suite of layered and immersive works it is a deep inhale and exhale. Strings plucked inside the piano are accompanied by whistle tone flutes.
Residue was first performed by Leah Blankendaal at Wizard Tone Studios, and was recorded for her Alongside, Amongst, Against album.
