Work Overview
A Vision of Purple is defined by contrasts; reality verses the surreal and the saturated. Within Mitchell Rileyʼs text, he explores a world of dreamlike possibilities, an endless world of purple. Yet, whilst we may exist in this world of purple, there is something that seeks to push us back into reality. It is this struggle that A Vision of Purple seeks to explore and render; the struggle and the attempted reconciliation of reality verses the surreal.
