Work Overview
Gross. I Love It. is a whimsical fanfare that explores uncertain harmonies and unpredictable melodies. It illustrates my overarching approach to composition, aiming to demystify and invigorate these intriguing yet occasionally alienating musical concepts by pairing them with driving rhythms and vibrant orchestral colours. My hope for this fanfare is to create an engaging and playful musical journey, introducing listeners to unfamiliar sounds that they find surprisingly enjoyable.
