Orchestral suite based on the television opera of 1982.
Written upon the instigation of Antonio Cosano, Ambassador of Spain, and Kim Walker, Director of the Sydney Conservatorium of Music. It marks the 400th anniversary of the end of Spanish exploration in the Pacific Ocean.
