Connections and Commotions: Guitar Trios for Young Players (2016) is a collection of trios aimed at exploring a range of techniques and musical concepts, including an annotated guide to the topics introduced in each trio, with suggested teaching points and ways to introduce the ideas to the trio. The introduction of a range of techniques and music theory concepts is primarily aimed at young players who are having their first experiences in ensemble situations and places those concepts within short and entertaining contexts.

Difficulty: Easy — Suitable for late book 3/book 4 Suzuki students or Grade 2 and up AMEB students.
