Work Overview

A jazz/classical work for 10 instrumentalists and narrator, co-written with palawa/warlpiri writer/researcher Nunami Sculthorpe-Green. It tells the story of the expulsion of the mumarimina people from their land during the colonisation of Tasmania, and the fate of the Tasmanian Aboriginal people.

Instrumentation: Piano (keyboard), acoustic bass, drumkit, 2 x violin, viola, cello, trombone, trumpet, tenor & alto sax, narrator.
