Work Overview
Crystallize is conceived as interplay between four distinct voices, rather than as a piece for many percussion instruments which happen to be played by four players. The different parts are constantly re-aligning themselves in different combinations - solos, duos, trios, quartet - each of which has its own type of music, and some of which are superimposed.
