Hop to the Vince-kins / Andrew Harrison.

Library shelf no. 785/HAR 4 [Available for loan]

Work Overview

This piece was originally written as a duet for guitarist Vince Hopkins and myself. This arrangement, for a larger jazz quintet, should be played with a loose 'back-beat' groove, emphasising the shifting time signatures. Think of '60s Horace Silver or Herbie Hancock's 'Watermelon Man'.
