Work Overview
This piece was written during my neo-classical period (roughly 2000-2003), and pays tribute to Baroque and Classical style, although it is clearly not intended to sound as if it were written during an earlier period.
Features techniques such as hand-crossing, sharing an inner voice between the two hands, and contains quite a few trills. The theme is taken from Bach's fourth cello suite.
