The original version was written for the Melbourne Trombone Quartet; this new and slightly revised version (2016) replaces the old publication by Tezak, which no longer exists.
This new version is dedicated to the Sydney Trombone Quartet: Scott Kinmont, Joshua Davis, Nigel Crocker, David Stanhope. The STQ made the first commercial recording of the work for Tall Poppies in 2008.
