2021 Queen's Birthday Honours

The 2021 Queen's Birthday Honours have recognised writer, educator, environmentalist and composer Dindy Vaughan for her service to the arts. Vaughan received a Medal of the Order of Australia (OAM) along with national carillonist Lyn Fuller (NSW); musician, instrument maker, composer Linsey Pollak (Qld); the Sydney Philharmonia Choirs' Artistic Director Brett Weymark; and WA-based percussionist and educator Tim White.

Australian Youth Orchestra's CEO Colin Cornish was appointed Member of the Order of Australia (AM) 'for significant service to the performing arts, to music, and to youth'. In the highest category of the honours system, the Australian Ballet's former artistic director David McAllister was appointed Companion (AC) of the Order of Australia.
