Paul Ballam-Cross : Associate Artist
Dr Paul Ballam-Cross is a writer, composer, and classical guitarist. His research interests include exploring both transcriptions for guitar and the methods used in creating them, as well as the intersections between popular music and the internet. His transcriptions for both classical guitar and electric bass are published by Mel Bay. After many years as a researcher and music teacher, he has only recently returned to composition. He is intrigued by unusual instrumental colours and effects, as well as unique combinations of instruments.
