Pei-Sian Ng, Nicolas Alstaedt and Li-Wei are joined by 2009 Pierre Fournier Award winner, Gabriel Schwabe, in repertoire ranging from Eduard Lalo’s delightfully Gallic concerto, to Elgar’s heartfelt autumnal poem, spiced with charming shorter works by Tchaikovsky and Dvořák.
The program includes the premiere Iain Grandage's new work Spindle.
