The concert also features two more new works by Australian composers, the Russian Rag by the revered Elena Kats-Chernin, and the beloved masterpiece Brahms’s first Clarinet Sonata. The Hourglass Ensemble's special brand of unusual combinations of instruments, intimate and engaging performance, and explaining the music to draw you to the inside with the performers, will have you spellbound from start to finish.
